Wedding arrangements

Hi everyone,

We haven't been on here for ages!!! Been a bit busy organising ... oh just little things like a WEDDING and an overseas trip!!!! and doing all the other things that are expected of us.

SO, we will be putting wedding items on here like logistics and other things we may have forgotten in other correspondence.

FRIDAY the 10th of August.
1st airport p/u - AirNZ 8:30am
John will picking you guys up and bringing you back to our house.
Bruce will come p/u NZ whanau waiting at our house with shuttle at 12noon, so be ready....I warned you!

2nd airport p/u - Qantas 1pm
Victorian rellies will be picked up in shuttle with NZ whanau already on board. The shuttle will then go straight up to Noosa.

Bonney and Marilyn will be heading up to Noosa on Friday morning.

John and Helen are coming up Friday arvo.

SATURDAY the 11th of August.
Some ladies are going into Noosa in the morning.
Bonney, Maddy and Courtney will be getting hair and make-up done.

Bruce is taking a group to the Eumundi Markets on his bus on Saturday morning due back around 12:30pm. Let Bruce know if you would like a seat for that. His email is extra@ausgeo.net

Ceremony at 3pm near pool at lake end of resort
The dress code is: Smart Casual. Some people will be wearing suits so feel free if you like. Wedding party will be smart casual/lounge.

Photos after 3pm

Wedding guests to regroup at 6pm outside function room for predinner drinks and nibblies.
Dinner will start at 7pm with speeches and dancing to follow.
There will be a kids room set-up next to the function room with mattresses for tired tots.
Function will be wrapping up around 11pm, any guests still going can party on in cabins afterwards.

SUNDAY the 12th of August
There will be a trip back to the airport after lunch.
Ken, Marilyn, Anthony, Ann will be dropped back at the airport by Bruce in the shuttle.
Bonney, John, Cameron, Helen, Jane, Peter, Daphne and Tama will be returning to Brisbane on Monday.

Cameron discovered the true meaning of Easter this year...chocolate and lots of it!!

March 2007 - Bonney and John are moving house

Backyard of our new house.
We have bought another house close to where we now live and are moving just after Easter. It is a smaller home but is closer to the water and the local primary schools. If you want our new contact details, send us an email and we will forward them to you.

March 2007 - Helen and Lesley May come to stay

John's sister Helen and her daughter Lesley May came over for a short holiday this week. Helen's school friend Bronwyn and her partner Ru of 13 years got hitched on the beach down at the Gold Coast. - No photos yet -

February 2007 - John and Bonney finally set the date!

After much deliberation, John and Bonney have finally set the date for their wedding. It will be held on the weekend of the 11th & 12th of August, 2007 at Noosa North Shore Resort.
It plans to be a casual affair with plenty of dancing, great company, delicious food and fine wine. Hope to see you there!

January 2007 - Joshua Charles arrives!

Bonney becomes an 'Auntie' with the arrival of 'Joshua Charles'. Bonney's close friend Kirsten and her husband Jon welcomed their first child 'Joshua' into the world this month. Kirsten and Jon have enjoyed their time in Brisbane caring for their newborn but unfortunately have to return to Mornington Island. Good luck guys and hopefully I will see you in a couple of months in Cairns!

January 2007 - Rene comes to Bris Vegas!

John's long lost cousin Rene came down from the bush for a weekend to catch up with friends. We caught up with him at his friend's house and remenisced over a couple of beers. He had his son Lex with him and we hope to see him and his family in August at our wedding.

January 2007 Bonney's Gran Passes Away

Gran passed away this week. Bruce, Marilyn, Paul and Bonney flew down for the funeral which was held in Bendigo, Victoria. We have attached a couple of photos in Gran's memory.

January 2007 Cameron's First Haircut

We know Cameron is already 2 and a 1/2 but he hasn't had enough hair to cut until now! He did really well and didn't cry or squirm. It is really short but he looks super cool when we spike it up.

January 2007 - Movieworld

Bonney, John, Anthony, Madison and Courtney head off to Movieworld!
We had a great time at Movieworld and the girls were very brave going on all the scary rides over and over again!
Anthony also had a great time proving that he is just a big kid!!

December 2006 - Christmas holiday?

Anthony comes to stay!
John's nephew Anthony came for an extended working holiday over Christmas. He helped us move our business premises, tidy up the garden and clean out our refrigerator on a daily basis!!

Cameron gets spoilt as usual!
Cameron had a fantastic Christmas day. This was his first Christmas where he could actually open presents and be excited about what was inside.
